Our company has partnered with banks and credit unions in Trinidad and Tobago to help provide you with a mortgage to purchase your home. Our team reviews your mortgage application and puts you in touch with the lending institutions. Once approved, we build your home.
We have multiple locations around Trinidad and Tobago to choose from. The first location will depend on where the majority of our applicants prefer so please apply.
Yes, the land would belong to you. It is part of our development and it is included in the price

The only way for us to know that is if you send us your information.
Your ability to qualify for a mortgage is determined by a number of factors including age, income, employment etc. To give you an example, a couple between the ages of 35-40 with a joint income of $10,000.00 per month can qualify for a loan to purchase the $700,000.00 home that can be found on our website.
